I read all 6 comments so far and your description of David Lynch's Dune and this your most recent "side-piece" along with Grangabriel 's comment of the blend between "Lord of The Rings" and "Dune" seems apt. I feel like I'm trapped on one of those elaborate sets of garish scenes with the Baron as I feel ensconced in your story. Maybe one of these giant eyes is peering at me.

I am entranced and discomposed simultaneously. In each of the - dare I say chapters; I wander in the story space wondering when a singular character might appear. Pow - it hits me - the heel of of my palm on my forehead: I am inside one galaxy chomping character enticed to read further in murky administrations slugging through outer space. Heavy, ponderous and vaguely humorous somehow I soldier on.
